Day 1: Arrive in Kinshasa & Transfer to The Hotel

You land at Kinshasa Airport following a flight from your country of origin and team up with our representative who will offer you a courteous welcome before transferring to the Hotel for check in.

Depending on the time, you spare some time after refreshing and pass through the itinerary and general briefing about the trip. A guided night walk of Kinshasa can be arranged.

Day 2:  Whole Day Congo River Cruise

Following breakfast, you embark on a thrilling River Congo cruising experience on a magical speed boat. The Speed boat has a 200cv engine capacity thus powerful enough to cover an extended stretch of River Congo.

You cruise to Maluku from Kinshasa exploring the fishing community at Maluku and the local villages on the banks of River Congo.

It is a daylong encounter on the mighty Congo River known to be the second largest by discharge in the whole world.  Return to Kinshasa for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 3:  Visit Lola ya Bonobo, Lukaya Falls & Lake Ma Vallee

The day is dedicated for exploration of Bonobo Sanctuary famously known as Lola ya Bonobo where the Bonobos can be explored.

Noted to be sharing 99% of their DNA with humans, the Bonobos are members of Great Apes and are known to exist only in Democratic Republic of Congo on world scale.

They are listed as endangered and are faced with extinction threat due to increased habitat loss and hunting for bush meat and pet keeping.

From the Bonobos, you take a visit to the Lukaya Falls for sightseeing and Lake Ma Vallee a green lake for a soothing wilderness experience. Retreat back to Kinshasa for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 4: Explore Zongo Falls

You transfer to Bas Congo Forest to visit the famous Zongo Falls.

This amazing scenic feature stands at 65m elevation marked with 10m high jets with provision for natural bath if interested.

You take a guided walk to the nearby electricity dam, the small village and the Point of meet between Congo River and Inkisi. The encounter proceeds to incorporate a small natural water pool around Zongo in Etaka.

Day 5: Kisantu Botanical Gardens

Following breakfast, you connect to Kisantu Botanical Gardens which is the main ex-situ conservation site in Democratic Republic of Congo with over 3,000 indigenous and exotic species making it one of the significant ex-situ conservation sites in Africa.

The herbarium is among the oldest and richest in destination Congo while others like new orchid shade house, arboretum and cactus green house generate rich wonders that are worth exploring.

Day 6: Historical City Tour of Kinshasa

Take up a heritage tour of Kinshasa initially known as Leopoldville named after King Leopold II of Belgium.

What today stands as big city was at one time a fisher’s village known as Insasa. It is a daylong encounter exploring the rich heritage of Kinshasa City including its history, National Institute Museum, historical statues, handcraft markets, the first locomotive created in 1889; take a rest under the magnificent Insasa Baobab tree, explore the first Church in Congo and the first hotel constructed in 1890. Retire for overnight

Day 7: Traditional Dance & Show & Transfer to The Airport
